What happens when a house needs too much work for the average buyer? Answer: an architect and an engineer buy it! Brad and Magda stalked this home’s trajectory over several months and kept coming back to it. They truly saw the potential in it that others did not have the means to create. It was so much fun working through the possibilities and talking about their dreams and vision for this diamond in the rough!
