Japandi Broker’s Open

By Yascha Noonberg, March 20, 2024

“What’s Japandi?” you ask, well it’s a design blend of Japanese and Scandinavian elements to create a beautifully clean and minimalist living space.

I’m fortunate enough to be bringing this gorgeous Japandi-inspired townhome in the Pearl District to the market this week.

We kicked it off by hosting a Tuesday Broker Tour with insanely delicious baked goods from Oyatsupan in Beaverton. If you haven’t checked them out, it’s a must.

It’s been a while since I’ve hosted a Broker Tour since we usually have the best results going live with listings on Thursdays but with this being the week before Spring Break, we wanted to get plenty of exposure before folks head for the airports and highways.

It was great getting to hang with some of my colleagues from the industry and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive about this beautiful home.
