They even took the tub!

By Yascha Noonberg, February 13, 2018

You never know what to expect when walking into a bank-owned property which is a home that has been foreclosed upon by the bank.

We’ve all seen and heard horror stories about folks destroying their homes before they walk away to make things harder for the bank to deal with.

Recently, when showing a bank-owned home in the Murrayhill neighborhood of Beaverton I got this pic of the master bathroom. The previous owners took with them most of the sinks and plumbing fixtures and even the tub!

They also removed all of the door knobs, all of the kitchen cabinet handles and pulls, and most of the light fixtures throughout the house.

It’s actually a great opportunity for a buyer that wants to pick out all of their own finishes!
