Oh, hey. Let me introduce you some of my favorite clients. Meet Emily and Jason!
Newly(ish) married and working professionals, these two wanted a low maintenance home in a walkable area. We looked at a few homes that were further out and they quickly realized that they wanted to be closer-in, and would sacrifice a yard for great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. As long as there was space for a “shoe room.”
After I previewed the GORGEOUS condo on Skidmore and Mississippi, I emailed them both and said, “Newlywed Soph would be all about this one.”
Matt’s BBQ, Por Que No?, The Rambler, Paxton Gate, Pistils Nursery…the list goes on. All within walking distance too.
Jason was smitten as soon as he walked in (he showed up a bit earlier than Emily), and tried to stifle his excitement to allow her the ability to form her own opinion. She was quickly, equally as smitten.
I mean, the master bathroom looks like it belongs in a luxury hotel.
I’m so excited for these two! They are decisive, smart, kind and stylish and will make amazing neighbors. This was a perfect first buy for them.
