Sought and Secured

By Alyssa Starelli, March 17, 2020

Seeking a light, open, creative space in a mid-century aesthetic turned out to be a challenge for my client Kyle and myself. Not because they don’t exist, and not because I can’t pin-point them, but because they are coveted properties, and why wouldn’t they be? Imagine sitting in a light-filled room, by a cozy fire, creating art to your heart’s content? Imagine clean lines, and big open rooms, easy to fill with your favorite art and furniture? Add to that a penchant for unmolested vintage mid-century design aesthetic, and you’ve got the hottest trend going.

So what do you do? You jump on a house the first minute it lists and you write strong — an unfettered offer, compleat with a love letter and a short expiration.

And that’s what we did.

Congratulations to Kyle!! Create Kyle, create!
