Sweetening the Deal in Vancouver

By Carrie Struss, May 16, 2023

Congratulations to first-time home buyers Xuan, Adam, and their pup Alan on getting the keys to their new home! They were first referred to me by some of my other wonderful clients who have since become dear friends of mine when the couple was looking to move from Portland to Vancouver. We worked together for three months to find their dream home and when we found it, they were up against a tough multiple-offer situation. But with some expert coaching from me on how to sweeten the deal, they were able to come out on top!

Now, Xuan, Adam, and Alan can look forward to creating many happy memories in their beautiful new space. From cozy movie nights to fun dinner parties with friends, I know that their new home is going to be filled with love and laughter. I’m so happy that I was able to be a part of their journey, and can’t wait to see what the future holds for this amazing couple.

“We can’t imagine working with anyone other than Carrie during this intimidating process. As first-time buyers we had a lot of unknowns we had to work through. And Carrie was patient, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond for us. Her kindness and work ethic was evident from our initial phone conversation, to finding us the perfect house, and through the negotiation, where her real estate acumen set us up with an appropriate offer in a competitive market. I cannot recommend Carrie enough!” – Adam B
