Blog Buyer Washington County Treasures

Washington County Treasures

By Veronica Powell, November 17, 2020

For Buyers looking for more affordable property taxes, or just more options in our current low inventory market, searching slightly further west can still get you a relatively “close in” property.  With lower property taxes, it can also give you a little more buying power.  Many of these homes are still within city of Portland boundaries, even though they are within Washington County tax jurisdiction (vs Multnomah County).  If Beaverton feels, or sounds, too far out, there are options!  This lovely home in the West Slope neighborhood was just the right fit for my Buyers.

I’m happy to share all of these little pockets with you to help you find just the right fit for your needs.  Give me a call if you’ like to discuss what you are looking for in your next home.
