There is an old saying; If you need something done, ask a busy person to do it. Alex Phan is someone who gets things done. Along with leading his team to place consistently in the top 1% of successful brokers in the city, his list of volunteer activities is exhaustive. Alex could easily use his free time to play, travel, and simply enjoy the successful career he has built, but that is not where his heart is. He is out doing the thankless work the rest of us enjoy the benefits of – Volunteering for PMAR as PAC Trustee, Board Member, Local Director, Masters Circle Vice President, and YPN Committee Chair. He is also working at the state level to raise the bar in our industry and to promote diversity and inclusion. He has served on the Executive Committee, Diversity Key Committee, and served as State Director. He is currently running for President-elect of the Oregon Association of Realtors. In addition, he has served in many positions for AREAA PDX, NARAB, Home Plate Youth Services, and on the Clean Water Services advisory commission.

We will learn from Alex:

  • How to be strategic with your time to maximize your potential and enjoy balance and a home life away from work.
  • How giving back makes his life and business more satisfying and robust.
  • How to structure a team to deliver the ultimate client experience, while allowing time for team members to pursue other interests.
  • What it takes to grow a sustainable business in today’s market and climate.

Join us for one of the highest levels of real estate mastery as Alex Phan is honored with The Excellence Award. The award is given to a Portland Metro Broker who demonstrates leadership, excellence, and a spirit of generosity. The recipients graciously share their stories at a one-hour award presentation and drop pearls of wisdom they have learned along the way in navigating their success. There is no better place to learn from than those that have mastered their skill and are compelled to share the highs and lows of their real estate career. The event is not formal, conversation and Q&A are encouraged.

A fully catered meal will be served at 11:30 am, after which we will present the award promptly at 12:00 pm, and then a Q&A mastermind session with Alex. (vegan and GF options available)

She/Her

Tiffany started her Real Estate journey here at Living Room after spending the last 20 years in the beauty industry. Working for Sephora for 10 years, Tiffany was involved in all aspects of the business from managing, training, traveling for continued education, and planning store-driven events. She left Sephora after having her second child to be a stay-at-home Mom. When reintroducing herself into the workforce a couple of years later, Tiffany started her freelance makeup artistry journey. She worked for such brands as Dior, Deva Curl, First Aid Beauty, Cargo, and IT Cosmetics.
Always being intrigued by Real Estate, Tiffany decided with the changes to the beauty industry due to Covid she was ready for a new challenge. She settled on Living Room due to the values the company demonstrates and being inspired by the business being started by a fellow single Mother.
In her free time, Tiffany loves going on adventures with her two kiddos, running random errands with her best friend after kids go to bed for the night, and going on as many beach vacations as possible!
