Today I handed off the keys to some wonderful clients and friends. I am so so excited for this amazing couple and their young son to grow and live in their sweet house with the best, biggest yard.
Our journey started when they were just 2, with baby on the way. They knew that as first time home buyers with limited funds they would need to look carefully, and that it would take time. Their patience and understand was amazing! Despite putting offers in and being beaten out time and again on multiple houses, they dusted themselves off and declared that their house was out there, just waiting for them.
Now that cute baby is 11 months old, and it’s been about a year since we started their search, but they were right; their house was out there. Being fixed up by loving family members who wanted the house they had grown up in to be a home again, to welcome a new family.
I can’t thank Casey & Brian and baby Eamon enough for letting me be their friend and guide on this journey.
