The challenging and crazy times in Portland Oregon, as we shopped for my client’s first home.  We all know what this is like when it is your first time buying and how hard and scary it can be.   Now adding this low inventory, and a Pandemic, we had to put on our super creative and dealing hats on to make this happen.   After many many missed and lost homes my buyers learned what had to be done in this times to get the home they so wanted.

Ryan and Jennifer didn’t waste time looking and searching for the home that would work and in the price range that they could bid up in.   Scary as it was we dove in and did what was necessary to win the best and most creative offer.   Yes, Oh Greeley, Oh Greeley will found you, and what a charming home this will be for these first-time homeowners.   Exciting times ahead and just in time for spring weather and some social outdoor gatherings with friends and family.  Was a pleasure to find this super cute home for them and looking forward to hearing all the exciting plans they have to make it their own.    Oh Greeley, Oh Greeley to be continued………….
