My clients’ house in Concordia is a work in progress. Some of the hard things are done – the kitchen is mostly done and the basement is framed for a family room and bathroom. But my clients have moved on and decided to sell the house before finishing it. I expected that it might take a couple of weeks for the right buyers to come along, but it only took 3 days. The buyers were thrilled to find a 3 bedroom house and the sellers are of course happy to be selling the house so quickly. Real estate really does come down to happy buyers and happy sellers!

Greg Washington was born and raised in NE Portland’s Sabin neighborhood. He attended Sabin Elementary (then a K-8, as now) and Cleveland High School.
Greg is a Principal Broker and an Earth Advantage Certified Broker. He has been working as a REALTOR® in the Greater Portland area for almost 30 years. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Greg worked in the restaurant industry at Jake's Famous Crawfish and McCormick and Schmick's.
