Record-breaking sale for this townhome! I was referred to the sellers of this home after helping their neighbor with a sale earlier this year. When a renter in the community showed interest in this townhouse, we were able to put a deal together without having to go to market! The whole transaction worked out really well for everybody as the sellers were in the midst of moving back to California.
