We closed! Out of state sellers, Deitrich and Shauna, had a lot of updating to undertake in order to get their charming NE bungalow ready to sell. But we got it done in a flash and ended up with multiple offers in just 4 days on market! Original wood floors and classic built-ins complimented a newly updated kitchen, new carpets, fresh interior paint, landscaping, and staging. We saw a ton of traffic right away and it was no surprise. This bungalow was truly special with it’s proximity to Alberta and Dekum St. and a lovely, large fenced backyard with raised beds ready for planting—ready for a quickly approaching spring!
