A huge congratulations to my clients who just sold their stunning mid century modern cabin up in Rhododendron, Oregon.
This was such a fun house to stage! There are many aspects of helping my clients list their properties, which I love, but the staging and marketing are right up there at the top.
These vaulted ceilings, huge windows, and original floors set the tone for what pieces I wanted to bring into this project. Modern, cozy, cabin = the perfect escape from the city.
It was a smashing success. They received a variety of really strong offers and selected one from a buyer who is horticulturalist and expressed absolutely love and a hope to care for the woodland surroundings on this property that nestles along national forest land.
So happy to have found such a notable match for my clients who have adored this spot as their own forest home for many years.
