Congratulations to my amazing sellers! An incredibly hot 103 degree August weekend found our Saturday and Sunday open houses absolutely packed with guests eager to see this beautiful bungalow in person. I had the joy of working with the fantastic local staging team at Appetite, and once again, they knocked it out of the park! Gorgeous, unique art adorned this spacious open dining/living room, with sweet subtle touches of coziness in each bedroom.
My favorite room in the home is this stunning kitchen. Once the personal home of a beloved local Portland chef, this kitchen is a grand size, boasting some tall open cabinets. To honor the Portland chef culture and community, our talented stagers had the idea to turn the kitchen into a lil Italian eatery, inspired by the aesthetic of one of my favorite Portland restaurants, Luce on East Burnside. The impact was spectacular!
My sellers received strong over ask offers, and we couldn’t be happier for the wonderful family they selected to become this lovely home’s next owners. Such a fantastic closing day celebration!
