2026 is coming in hot, and so is the real estate market. People have finally started to realize that rates are not going to magically drop to 2.5% again, likely ever. With this new found acceptance we are about to see a great spring pop of new inventory. Are you ready? If you have been waiting for the right time to invest in your future, this is it.
