First time home buyers Emily and Silas, had been working with a couple of different agents but didn’t feel they were getting the right level of service or attention they needed to find just the right house. After losing out on a house they really loved they knew they needed to switch things up. A very good friend of mine happened to be a coworker of Emily’s, she overheard their story and quickly referred them my way. I was excited and eager to help them and learn about what they were looking for. I was happy to share my knowledge about the home buying process and give them all the information they needed so they could be empowered home buyers in a competitive sellers market. We hit the ground running and didn’t stop until we found a home they loved. It was a little further outside their target location but the house had so many great qualities. Quiet street, one level, gardens and covered outdoor dining area. Inside the home the kitchens and baths had been updated and with 3 nice sized bedrooms. The layout would allow them to have a roommate to help them pay their mortgage. I knew this home was going to sell quickly and over the asking price. I stayed in touch with the listing agent to learn everything I could about what the sellers were looking for in offers. We gave them everything they needed along with a very competitive price. To our surprise we beat out 22 offers to get the house. Emily and Silas couldn’t couldn’t have been more ecstatic. Their persistence and determination really paid off.
