Mary and Phil simply deserve the best — they are an amazing couple centered on family connection and were seeking a place to not only age in place, but to provide spaces for all their beloved family. They knew this was going to be hard based on some of their needs, but when buyers are crystal clear on what they need and ready to act when the right one hits, only good things happen!  Their house hit the market and they jumped, beating out 5 other super strong offers on their first try.  Helping this family was such an honor — we are so excited that they found a home to host large family events and have all their sisters and grandchildren visit!
