A sign of good things to come

By Yascha Noonberg, February 23, 2021

One of the reasons I switched over to Living Room Realty 5 years ago was the brand recognition and integrity that Jenelle and the rest of the company has worked so hard to cultivate since the inception.

Whenever people see a Living Room Realty sign pop up in their neighborhood they know that the owners of that home are going to be well represented and taken care of and the results will speak for themselves.

I’m particularly proud of our team’s performance over the past year with the results that we’ve been able to achieve for folks looking to move into a different home during the pandemic.

It’s become one of our specialties.

For example, the owners of this home were not freaked out when they found out they were pregnant with twins and living and working in a 1500 square foot home because they had confidence we could get them top dollar for this home and succeed in finding their dream home.

Both transactions are a few weeks away from closing and the clients couldn’t be happier!
