Autumn and Dylan were ready to trade apartment living for their own special place. They were looking for the perfect setup with a large garage and space to skateboard. When this classic beauty in Mt. Scott popped up, they couldn’t resist its vintage charms. Their excellent offer was accepted, and they began their process of due diligence with an inspection by our great go-to inspector Uli Sommers.
They are so excited to move into their great new spot, right by the park and with many projects to tackle. Congratulations Autumn and Dylan, we loved working with you and making your home ownership dream come true. And thank you to Team Henkels for making it happen!

With a degree in Architecture from Iowa State University and six years of experience in the architecture field, Tracey has a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of how homes are built—literally and metaphorically. In 2004, she transitioned into real estate, combining her technical expertise with a passion for helping people find a sense of sanctuary and belonging.
