Weilin decided to simplify her life by trading her old rental that was an hour away, and across the river from her home, to one that is only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Selling and buying simultaneously, and working with the timelines of a tax deferred exchange can be fast paced, and stressful at times. Since we are savvy on the process and used to working with investors, we were able to facilitate everything on both sales for a smooth transition. Now she can manage her investment property with a pleasant and short walk through her neighborhood! Mission accomplished and life improved!
