All’s Well That End’s Well!

By Yonette Fine, April 21, 2022

All’s well that end’s well on Upshur!  These dear buyers found me at my open house. During our first meeting they told me they were coming  off of a difficult experience with and experienced agent. I asked for details on the things that bothered them about their previous agent experience and they said:

1) Lack of guidance

2) Lack of communication

3) Requiring them to locate & coordinate their own inspectors for their due diligence phase

Needless to say, that transaction fell apart during inspections, as the agent did not attend, and the home turned out to be a “hot mess”.

I felt terrible about what they had endured and assured them that it was an abnormal situation.

After explaining my home buying process to them, we all felt like we had a great fit! Five months of navigating this crazy seller’s market and we are closing on a home that checked ALL of their boxes, and maybe a couple more 🙂

Congratulations K & J. May this home be the beginning of many wonderful moments in your lives. Thank you for allowing me to guide you!
