Shadiin is the kind of person whose vibrancy is contagious. It was simply a joy to be a part of her process as she transitions to this next phase of her life. With her kids moving away for college, Shadiin was able to focus on her own values and needs in her home search and made the decision to leave Eugene for an amazing job opportunity in Portland. She wanted a place where she could host large family gatherings, have a space for her kids to stay when they visit from school, and if possible, have enough room to entertain the possibility of an AirBnB and income potential. We are beyond thrilled to see her close on a home today that HAS IT ALL. It’s such a privilege to advocate for our amazing clients.
