Buying a House & Making New Friends!

By Genmae Rianelli, December 29, 2022

One of my favorite things about this industry is the opportunity it creates to make new friends! With T & E, it felt like destiny when we started working together. I met T and her son, A, showing a home that our team was listing. One showing lead to a meeting, and from there the rest is history! We went out on a handful of tours and these two never lost their optimism in finding their first home. After stepping into their soon-to-be sweet 1-level, we felt that spark and knew we had found something special. Just a month later, we were celebrating the closing of their new home and a new friendship! Congratulations to these three, I’m so grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work with T, E, and A!
