Can’t let the good one go…

By Jessica LeDoux, April 8, 2020

Mark was on the hunt for a home his son, brother, and he could inhabit. Because the three of them wanted to have the option of existing collectively and separately in the home, we were looking for a house with a unique blend of individual and communal living spaces. Mark was able to visit Portland to explore neighborhoods and prepare to continue the search from a distance. After investigating a variety of homes from afar, we kept returning our attention to one of the homes we toured the first day of his trip. No other homes were coming close to competing with this move-in ready newer construction in the Arnold Creek neighborhood. Sometimes the right one is there from the very start. Congratulations, Mark! We know this will be the perfect space for you and your family.
