Congratulations to my buyers, Chi Min and Grace, for closing on this diamond-in-the-rough! This home has a lot of the original features that you would expect in a 1937 English style home, but it definitely needs updating. I look forward to watching them restore it, with their great attention to detail, to it’s original charm. And then I look forward to presenting the finished home to the market in about 6 months. I have no doubt that it will be a beauty!

Greg Washington was born and raised in NE Portland’s Sabin neighborhood. He attended Sabin Elementary (then a K-8, as now) and Cleveland High School.
Greg is a Principal Broker and an Earth Advantage Certified Broker. He has been working as a REALTOR® in the Greater Portland area for almost 30 years. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Greg worked in the restaurant industry at Jake's Famous Crawfish and McCormick and Schmick's.
