Aaron and Jess were contemplating whether to rent out, or sell their first house after closing on their dream home. We met and they decided to take advantage of the strong seller’s market and sell. They got the home ready in record time and then we were off. Ended with 10 offers, and Aaron and Jess chose a very strong offer that included everything they were looking for… one of the buyer’s is a professional pastry chef and they even offered a cake a month for a year!
Today we closed on this sale, and Aaron will be reinvesting the money he made to buy an industrial building for his growing custom furniture business (https://www.adbusch.com if anyone wanted to check his stuff out, seriously it’s awesome).
