Everything happens for a reason, right?

Happy key day to K & L! What started off as a quick “get to know you call” turned into many fun adventures poking around the city to find the house that they want to call home. Even in the best of circumstances, home buying is a journey, one that is different for each and every buyer.

For K & L, it didn’t take long to find a house that excited them! Even cooler, we got an offer accepted under list price. Staying true to their needs in a new home, we ultimately gave up the home and went back to what was out there. It’s funny how life plays out – as we were working through their first transaction a new home just across the street popped up, and when we began looking at homes again the timing couldn’t have been better. This new house sat almost directly across the street from the first house and fit what they were looking for even better. Everything happens for a reason, right?

It’s been a blast getting to know these two through their home buying experience and help them find a home just 3 turns away from their last place so they can stay in the area that they love! No journey is without its twists and turns but everything seems to work itself out in the end. Congratulations to you two, I’m so honored to be part of this experience with you!
