Finding Community

Tim and Mel moved to Portland over a year ago and have enjoyed living in the popular Mississippi area.  The convenience of everything within a few blocks was very seductive, but when it came to buying, the desire to purchase conservatively was even more seductive. We explored the surrounding areas, but the reality of their options left them looking for alternatives. We started to explore Cedar Hills and other great neighborhoods on the westside.  This willingness to explore more neighborhoods and communities led them to an amazing corner townhome with a treelined view off their balcony, in a fantastic community close to the Helvetia farmers market, Orenco Station, and more.  They are overjoyed to have found another amazing area in our beautiful state and are excited to become a part of another community.
