First time home buyers settle into Rockwood

By Cristen Lincoln, September 14, 2018

Jessica and Adam are first time home buyers! They are among the tide of folks heading east to secure themselves that mid-century dream. Rockwood, a neighborhood in east Portland, features quality 50’s built houses that are still affordable. We were really glad to hear they were interested in Rockwood, since we knew we could find them a great place out there within their modest budget. The natural light, wood floors, double garage and big yard all sealed the deal for them! They have the keys now, and way more house than they could have purchased “close-in.” Their new home is just about 10 minutes to the heart of the east side. That said, they are also eager to learn about the local haunts and best coffee in their own neighborhood. Smart move, great people, awesome house!
