From Wilderness to Wonder: Alex & Rich’s Vancouver, WA Homebuying Adventure

From living in a cabin in Alaska without running water to buying a home in Vancouver WA! My clients Alex & Rich needed to find a house quickly. They came in with a “take what they could get” mindset given there were few options and high competition in the market. Luckily I encouraged them to be patient and talked them out of a few subpar options. Shortly after starting their search, they found a fabulous home (with running water) that was in great condition in a great location with instant equity! This transaction was a quick turn with the help of their lender best friend and it came in just in time for their lease end. And we were also able to negotiate a new roof and furniture, including a patio set and fairy lights just waiting for some Mario Cart marathons. I can’t wait to come test my Princess racing skills on that sweet patio soon!
