Imagine driving down the street to your house, and pulling over to make way for an oncoming airplane. In the Dietz Airpark neighborhood, this is an everyday occurrence, and planes take priority over cars. This charming aviation community is a close-knit group of folks who share a love of flying, and a runway! It was such a pleasure to help Kevin and Sara secure this gem of a house. I think the airplane hanger took the cake though, and being right on the runway was an extra bonus. No waiting! After 25 years I don’t get to engage in that many “firsts” but this was one of them! I helped connect my buyer to a house, on a runway with an airplane hanger! The view from the deck is amazing; fields and sky as far as the eye can see. They are going to live out their dream, and I’m so honored to have helped make that happen!
