Blog Stories Homes That Mark Transitions

Homes That Mark Transitions

By Yonette Fine, June 16, 2019

One of the things I love about my job is working with homes that mark

transitions in my client’s lives. The progression from active family home

to nearly empty nest to fully empty nest and adult liberation is fascinating.

My buyer purchased a family home that could accommodate his two teen

girls, dog and cats a few years ago. The various changes in all of their

individual lives, one girl deciding to live with Mom on the East Coast, the

other graduating high school, has led him to the next transition sooner

than expecting. Enter penthouse condo living!

The condo we found is not your Mother’s penthouse condo. This is sleek,

high-end construction using new environmentally sustainable techniques.

The builder thought of everything a person who needs a condo, but likes

many features of a detached home, could want. With all of this, my

buyer has found a perfect fit for this next big step in his life.

Congratulations Patrick!  Thank you for trusting me and allowing me to

guide you in this journey.
