A normalcy in todays market is encountering multiple offers acrrossed all price points. When entering the market Sam and Anneka consulted with us to determine what it would take to beat competitive offers for their dream home which we did not expect to find so quickly. So it came as a surprise when it did. They moved swiftly gathered every bit of information they could in order to submit a great offer and they won first position.
