A personal real estate purchase is rare for me, but my family and I could not resist this stunning 5 acres off Germantown Rd. Once owned by dear friends who were called back to California, this lot has always spoken to my husband.
In purchasing this lot, we scored, and so did our friends, as we will build a lovely space for them to come back to visit. They never truly have to say goodbye to this land that meant so very much to them. Good vibes all around 🙂
