I have just sold 2470 NW Thurman for the second time in 3 years!
The first time was a dear Doctor friend of mine.
She was downsizing, but wanted to stay in her
neighborhood. She really wanted a “tiny house”,
so a townhouse with a 2-car detached garage and
outdoor patio backyard was a perfect fit.
After a 3 month remodel, her mother was injured, and doing good
“daughter duty”, she listed this amazing condo to trade
up to a home with an in-law suite for her mother.
The buyers on the Doctor transaction were amazing and we
got along so well, that when they decided to list a few
months ago, they called me. As their primary home is
in TX, to get their dogs to Portland, driving was the only
way. The dog did not like planes. So, many nights at
random pet friendly motels between TX and OR, wore
them down over the past 2 years.
Having a third round at this totally awesome townhouse in
the Alphabet District was amazing and I think we have
a buyer that will call it home for a good long time!
