I just sold 4143 NE Hoyt for a friend so that he can start the next chapter of his life. When I helped him purchase Hoyt in 2016, he had two teenage girls, two dogs and cat. As life goes, within 3 years he had one daughter at home, no dogs and the cat fell in love with the neighbor’s dog.
His next chapter looks like a condo overlooking the entire Eastside and a bit of the Westside. Minimal, clean and calm after years of deep barks, lovely girl voices and a lot of activity. I am always amazed at how our living environment shifts with the various phases of our lives.
Congratulations on the quick sale and smooth closing of the “big house” and thanks for allowing me to guide you Patrick!
