My wonderful clients purchased this property in the fall when it was a heavy fixer and quickly turned it into the cutest house on the block. I had a great time helping them pick out their design choices (LOVE the way the black cabinets turned out)! Located in the heart of Portland’s vibrant Roseway neighborhood, this house really appealed to folks who desired a neighborhood feel. The walkability here is great too with lots of shops and restaurants just around the corner.
When my clients purchased this property I told them that I thought that, when renovated, we would be able to list around 375k. We went on the market at 399k after their beautiful remodel and closed today at 410k. Happy campers all around!
Are you interested in purchasing a home to remodel? Give me a call! I live for this stuff.
