Beach fires, flying kites, long walks, sunsets, the sound of the ocean, the sand basically at your front door. Todd and Kris will start making memories in their own beach house starting now. We love connecting people with their dreams! When the house came on the market, I was at the coast enjoying my own get-a-way home. The timing was perfect. Todd and Kris would have been in Europe on vacation if it weren’t for the pandemic. Instead, they were in town on a stay-cation. I called to let them know that their plans had changed again. They needed to drive to the beach to see this house! Hearing the call to action, they hopped in the car and drove out. Not only is it a fabulous house, it’s just steps to the beach! They don’t even have to cross a road. We saw the house and wrote the offer that day. They weren’t the only ones who wanted it, but they were the ones who got it! Inspections, appraisals, bids for work, negotiating repairs, and a few trips to the coast and back, and we closed! Kris is one of our hero nurses on the front lines fighting Covid in the hospital, so Todd is representing them both. Today he drove out to get the key and open up their new beach escape! We are so happy and excited for them! Many family memories will be made!
