Aarin is a teacher and native Oregonian who has dreamed of living in Portland for years. She was raised in Monmouth, and has always loved trips to both the city and the mountain. Over the past year and a half, she was able to save up enough money to purchase her first home. She was very focused, and knew exactly what she wanted through the whole process. After only a week and a half of looking and one rejection she was ready to compete. It took one walkthrough of this house to know she wanted to compete for it. Aarin got under contract ahead of 6 other offers, and has been elated about it ever since. She is currently in the process of moving in with her partner and 2 beautiful puppies. They are all loving their new home, and are excited to start making memories there.
