Not Just One, But TWO Homes In This Family’s Pocket!

By Cristen Lincoln, November 12, 2018

Savannah and Dominic are not first time home buyers, yet they just bought their first house! Savannah and her Mom Cathy bought a place 3 years ago for Cathy to live in retirement. It was a big deal. No one in their family had owned a home before. Pooling their resources, they were able to get their foot in the door on homeownership, and it was a very proud day when they got those keys! Fast forward to today; they are getting the keys to their second house! This time, every one will live there together, and they are going to rent the first place. Now they own a home and an investment rental! This mother and daughter team, along with Dominic and 2 amazing boys, are an ideal example of a strong, connected family. All of them are relentless in their encouragement and support of one another. It’s such an honor to work along side them on this journey! The plan has definitely come together. Hats off to them!!
