I had the distinct pleasure of helping my amazing clients close on the Roger and Marian Evans National Historic Home this March. To say this home is special is an understatement. After almost a decade of being left mid-renovation, my clients welcomed the opportunity to complete this home and outmaneuvered competing offers to secure it. This spring they will embark on the renovation of all 5000 square feet across four floors. Having seen the remodel they completed of their century home in Mendocino I have no doubt they will bring this home back to its prior glory and ensure it is carefully stewarded for decades to come.
