Another one and done! This market is brutal, yes! But it doesn’t always have to be. It’s all about a little cheer called: Be Strategic. B.E. Strategic! And that’s exactly what my clients did! And I’m so incredibly proud of them. They scored a beautiful home, in a beautiful location, with beautiful views. I scored an amazing homemade pear pie! WIN WIN! It was wonderful working with these two. They compliment each other so well. Together, can’t imagine another they can’t do. I can’t wait to see what they do with the place! There style of dress leads me to think this home will be SO COOL!
