Nothing brings me more joy than getting a call from a past client, especially after 14 years. What an honor! I helped Pamela buy her first house in North Tabor. I remember searching high and low with and her dad like it was yesterday.
She landed in a quaint 50’s ranch with a rad basement that offered a kitchenette, bedroom and full bath. This space came in handy over the years when family needed a place to crash and when friends fell on tough times.
Even with all the wonderful memories created in her home over the years Pamela knew it was time to have a more modern space. While she has a love for older homes she was finished dedicating the time and care to them that they deserve. She was ready for a brand new house with no basement. Oh and she didn’t want to be too far from her current neighborhood.
We sold her little ranch lickity-split, and set about searching for her upgrade! After exhausting all new construction options, we found her perfect brand new home with the dream floor plan. On her list of must haves was an office on the main floor, no basement , an attached garage, and a spacious master bath with separate tub and shower. Luxurious! She was beyond thrilled to find everything she wanted close by in South Tabor.
It’s just so rewarding to help people, time and time again, and be part of their life changes and growth. I feel so grateful to be in a career that allows this! If you or anyone you know, wants a real estate partner for life, let me know! I love this journey!
