Parenting has changed so much in the recent decades.
There seems to be greater lessons we can teach our children
as they enter into adulthood. One of them revolves around how
to manage and balance your affairs when renting a home.
My newest buyers are using their need for an investment as a
staging ground to teach their young adult child all about the glories
of living well and figuring out how to afford it!
This budgeting act of paying rent while making decisions around
what items you can and cannot afford is key when “adulting”.
It seems that Portland is still affordable enough for parents to invest
in the community and their adult children’s continued education about
life and living.
Congratulations on your lovely new rental T & S!
