A Perfect House That’s a Perfect Fit

By Yonette Fine, August 14, 2018

For the first time in a long while, my buyers found a perfect house that’s a perfect fit!

A rule I learned long ago is, after establishing the list of wants and needs during your home search, if you find a home that possesses 85% of what you are looking for, this home becomes a viable option.

Finding 100% of what you are looking for can be incredibly tricky.

Another element at play during a home search is the condition of the home. Sometimes buyers find that 85% or more of their requirements, but the home needs updating or adjusting in a major way. The flip side of this is when buyers find a newly built home, but they come up just shy of the 85% rule.

My recent buyers are a family that hit jackpot. The home we found met 99% of their desires, and fulfilled needs they had regarding location of home. This house was recently built to the highest level of quality and modern amenities. The sellers were just as awesome as my buyers, and the seller’s agent was positive and professional. Certainly a win-win all around!

Congratulations Lisa, Dave, Cathy & Mike!

Thanks for allowing me to guide you into your new perfect home 🙂
