Persistance!

By Cristen Lincoln, August 6, 2021

Our clients, Brian and Bobbi  have truly got patience! We sold their small SE Portland starter home as soon as it hit the market, getting multiple offers. We all knew finding a replacement home in this tough market might take some time so they wisely moved into a rental to stay in during the search. It took 5 months and nine offers to finally succeed! We all agree  that the extensive hunt and the bidding wars lost were worth it! The home they finally were successful at buying is the best of them all! In a quiet, private neighborhood with a lovely large yard and the home itself is move-in ready. It has been an honor to work with them! No doubt they could help us teach a master class on how to write a great, competitive offer and on how to navigate all the digital signing platforms. So happy for them that the hunt is over and they can look forward to many years in their wonderful new home.
