When my dear friends told me they were looking for a Portland pied-à-terre in this crazy covid real estate market I was not sure of how successful we would be. With homes flying quickly, and at the top of their price point, I was not convinced that now was the best time to secure a second residence.
Well, as it should turn out, you can find homes for under $200,000 in this market, located in the middle of some of Portland’s hottest hoods! The SE home we found checked all of the boxes, so we pounced, and we got it!
I am so happy for my friends, and grateful to take part in a transaction that turns the real estate hype on its head. Huge thanks to Sarah & Bill for allowing me to guide them in this smooth, fun transaction.
