Priced out New Yorkers choose Portland!

Mike and Diego were New Yorkers. Two cultured guys who love food, art and walking to everything. However, prices in New York limit who can buy a place there. Wanting to own instead of rent, they decided to start exploring where they would feel at home besides New York. Mike ended up getting some freelance work here in Portland, and they made several trips out over a few years. They decided Portland was the winner, and called me on one of my listings. That wasn’t the house for them, but we all had such a great time meeting each other, they asked if I’d help them find the right one. I was happy to! (They also said they did some online “stalking” of me, and were impressed with my reviews. Thanks to all to take the time to do that! I sure appreciate it!) They started looking right away and we found them an amazing craftsman, just like they wanted. Not too big, not too small, needs just enough personal touch for them to make it their own without any big jobs. Today they get the key to their new place and we welcome 2 super cool guys to Portland!
