Our client loves houses. In particular small houses in beautiful settings. Not shopping, but always looking, we happened upon a storybook, quaint and cozy river
cabin. The house is full of windows, is surrounded by big old douglas firs, and the backyard lawn stretches out to a rocky beach on the amazing Clackamas River. Tiny house, perfect setting. Summertime river floating and winter cozy wood stove. We got it tied up the first weekend it was on the market, and will close by the time school is out. I love working in the city, but it’s a special treat every time I get to head out to the coast or mountains and this was no exception!
